Refund Policy

1. Digital Products & Right of Withdrawal

All WellMixLife products are digital downloads (PDFs). Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (Art. 16(m)) and equivalent UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun, provided the customer has given prior express consent and acknowledged that this right is lost.

At checkout you are required to tick a box confirming: "I agree this is a digital product and I lose my right of withdrawal as soon as the download starts." Once you tick this box and your download begins, the purchase is final and non-refundable.

2. When You Can Still Get a Refund

We will issue a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:

• You have not yet downloaded the PDF, or
• The file is corrupted, unreadable, or technically defective and we are unable to resolve the issue, or
• You were charged in error (duplicate purchase, wrong product).

3. How to Request a Refund

Email information@wellmixlife.com within 14 days of purchase with:

• Your order email address
• The product name(s)
• A short description of the issue

Eligible refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to the original payment method via Stripe.

4. After a Refund

Once a refund is issued, your access to the corresponding PDF(s) in your Purchases page will be revoked. We ask that you delete any downloaded copies from your devices.

5. Exceptions

• Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase cannot be honored.
• Bundle purchases are refunded in full only — partial refunds for individual items inside a bundle are not available.
• Repeat refund requests across multiple orders may be declined at our discretion to prevent abuse.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback through your bank or card issuer. We resolve nearly all issues within one business day, and a direct refund is faster for everyone.
