1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the WellMixLife website and the purchase of digital products ("Products") offered through our platform. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Digital Products

WellMixLife sells downloadable digital products in PDF format. Upon successful payment, you will receive instant access to download your purchased products. Products are also accessible from your account's Purchase History page at any time.

Because our products are digital downloads, your right of withdrawal is waived at checkout the moment your download starts (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)). Refunds are only available if you have not yet downloaded the PDF, or in case of a technical defect. See our Refund Policy for full details and how to request a refund.

3. License & Usage

Each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content for personal purposes only. You may not:

• Redistribute, share, resell, or give away the product files
• Reproduce the content for commercial purposes
• Upload the files to any public or shared platform
• Claim the content as your own original work

4. Account & Access

You may create an account to manage your purchases and access download history. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. WellMixLife is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and may be displayed in other currencies for convenience. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. WellMixLife does not store your payment card information.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on WellMixLife, including recipes, designs, text, logos, and images, is the intellectual property of WellMixLife and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use constitutes a violation of these terms and applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

WellMixLife provides digital wellness content for informational purposes only. We are not liable for any health outcomes, allergic reactions, or damages arising from the use of our recipes or content. Please refer to our Disclaimer for full details.
